BOOKING
A 30% booking fee is required to secure the date for your order.
For celebration cakes the remaining amount is to be paid on collection/delivery or a week before the wedding day for wedding cakes.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason the booking fee is transferable to a different date (subject to availability).
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the date cake is required for, no booking fees can be transferred.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
PRICE
The quoted price is for the portions, design and flavour that was agreed on at the time of booking.
Changing any of the above after booking may be possible for an extra charge.
Please note that changes can only be made 3 weeks prior to collection/delivery date.
Cake delivery/collection
If you wish to collect the cake , the cake will be in a box. I advise that all cakes to be transported flat in the boot or footwell.
In case of collection, the cake becomes the responsibility of the person who collects it, and Hajni's homemade cakes will not be liable for any damage that may occur during transportation.
I offer a delivery service for cakes subject to availability and would advice to book along with booking the cake. This service is chargeable depending where you would like the cake delivered to.
Allergies & special dietary requirements
Gluten free, dairy free and vegan cakes are available too but please note that every kind of allergen is handled in my kitchen and although every precaution is taken to avoid these getting into your cake I cannot guarantee that the cake is completely free of all traces of these allergens.

Best Before Date
Cakes must be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
After cutting, I advise the cake to be kept in an airtight container to keep its freshness and I recommend you consume it within 48 hours for its best quality.
Should you be unhappy with your cake after cutting, please return it for inspection within 24 hours of collection.
