Homemade gluten and dairy free cakes are great to keep you and/or your guests safe. Some have it because of health reasons others have it as a choice.
Some people (I think there are quite a few of us) have to avoid dairy but would still like to indulge at ocassions without feeling guilty or unwell. Maybe you are preparing for your little ones first birthday and would like an amazing looking cake but without the allergens.

Gluten and dairy free cake prices start from £3 a portion (8" cake, serves 26) - from simple non-decorated 'buttercream' cakes to multi tier fully iced cakes completed with handmade decorations. Also if you aren’t sure what design you want or what size of cake is right for you just ask. I’m happy to chat through your plans and advise on the best option.

*Just a polite note that my gluten and dairy free cakes are made in a kitchen where all other kinds of allergens are handled. However every precaution is taken to avoid these getting into your cake I cannot guarantee that any cake is 100% free of any traces of these allergens. If you have a severe allergy to any of these ingredients I would recommend ordering from a specialist place.
